Alright guys, let me introduce you to one of the most iconic movie monsters of all time. Known in Japan as Gojira but worldwide as Godzilla!
The first Godzilla movie was made in 1954. Even though most think of Godzilla as something very unique 2 American movies highly inspired the Japanese creators. The two movies were King Kong and The Beast From 20000 Fathoms and like Godzilla they featured giant monsters. There have been 28 Godzilla movies released and 1 American version also. A new American version is currently being developed for a release in 2012, I’m really excited about that one, I hope it’s going to be great!
Godzilla was originally a Godzillasaurus a fictional dinosaur but after contact with radiation it mutated into the giant monster we know today. His immense size makes him a very tough enemy of mankind but he also has an ability that makes him an even greater threat. Because of the exposure of radiation he has the ability to breath an atomic breath much like a dragon breathes fire!
